We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or replacement under the terms below.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The size or product delivered is different from what you ordered

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Customized products
  • Used or washed items
  • Items purchased during clearance sales

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or
  • A store credit can be issued upon request

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or replacement, we offer free exchanges for eligible items.
Products must be returned first before a replacement is shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item was defective or damaged

In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
